Making the days go by

Today my rig was serviced for 84,000 mile  check up. Flushed the transmission, changed the oil, filter, and fuel filter plus checked it over. Good to go, it is wearing well. Yesterday my mouth passed scrutiny. And I ordered new prescription  lenses in my old frames, this time w/o photo gray. Today I am close up seeing using  older ‘script half glasses.

The collar bone ends appear to be stationary yet there is still infrequent pain pill pain. Today I placed the most strenuous load yet while riding 6o mins on the windtrainer. Not lifting my upper arm. Am concerned about possible tendon damage which can’t be ascertained until I am able to raise my arm. Still sleeping on my back.

The Red Agave Resort here in Oak Creek is throwing a party for me on April 23 celebrating my 1000 days of Mountain Biking the States. I am permitted to ask anybody I want. I have relished reconnecting w/ people I have met during my travels. Yall come ride here where I am almost a local and I can share rides w/ you. Wait for me @ the intersections for my directions, keep me in sight, and I will lead an exciting ride.

Life goes on.

Tomorrow Zags play ST Johns in the first round of NCAA championship.
