You say Tomato, I say let’s ride.

Sunday i drove up the N fork of the Coeur d’Alene river passed Kingston to Lost Creek. Nobody @ TH, I poked around getting ready hoping another rider would join. I left by myself when I waited no more. Garmin lost GPS fix down in the creek bottom making my route shorter and less data intense. It still is a hard hump up the logging roads to start of ST, something like 13 miles of road to 9 miles ST. No motorized vehicle signs were posted @ each trail entrance. Trail was in good shape as a result. I saw perhaps 2 mtn bike tracks. Trail was cleared. Road ride was a hump as I worked my power spinning. I failed on several of the steep uphills on the ST as a result. All to myself. I rode it the best ever as nationwide riding experience enhanced my skills… and my bike is super. Both contributed. I dodged sprinkles during the ride, forecast called for rain. I made it back to my van still dry. Good ride.

Drove back towards Spokane when the rain started. Rain fell during the night off & on while parked @ Bill & Jennifer’s across from my old house. Timed well.

Today i met w/ my investment $ man to improve my future. The session cost me at least $15 for a parking ticket for expired time.

Today is a rest day after riding 5 straight days. Sometimes even I need to rest. I’m tired now. Spokane time is winding down.
