another day closer

discovering muscle pain across the back of my shoulder, i presume it is from how the sling traps my arm and that it is just sore muscles. i have stiffness when i do the elephant trunk swing. my shoulder joint feels like it has been hit when i touch it. may the recently attached parts remain where they were replaced. b4 surgery when i felt a sneeze coming on i would brace my right shoulder against something. i sneezed 3 head spinning sneezes while free standing and felt no pain which had to have come from a detached tendon allowing the shoulder joint to flop. no pain must equal connected shoulder pieces.

nice fall weather. leaves are showing color. time for the best riding. you readers had better be getting after it. how about you send me a story about your ride? yes, i long to ride again. i know that my body needs rest to heal.  my life’s experiences give me the patience to accept this time of no use.

i have postponed my alaska trip because of season change and my healing.

my  latest computer task is loading music cds into my external hard drive then to load into my ipod. i am still figuring where the data is stored. path seems to be hidden. alphabetical.

i have been catching myself recently riding a past ride in my mind. right now it is michaux state forest near gettysburg, pa. rock gardens. i googled my name then looked thru what was me. i saw a pic of a rocky trail in canaan valley, wva. i captioned as the rockiest trail ever ridden. looking @ it 5 years later it seemed to lack a bite. and if so  i credit it to improved ability and better bike.

mon the attorney that closed my house will lead me thru research of court records of this piece of land to gather info for an unsolicited offer to sell this land.

2 weeks this thurs is 6 week recovery checkup. i have a pt appointment scheduled for the next day.

yesterday tom invited me over to his house to watch the huskies game. tom took a splatter from the car hood jump. his wife attended to him during his recovery of his plated collar bone.

the new elk type pub opened on tues. i visited for dinner on thurs. kept the former restaurant name, ginos. same name but really different. i like the feel, it nailed it. i will visit here prolly more because it is this side of town from where i am staying. funny: my left hand fingers scoot along the keyboard hitting the keys correctly most of the time yet i flounder on the gps keypad which is alphabetic.
